Return Process

IfΒ youΒ areΒ notΒ satisfiedΒ withΒ theΒ articlesΒ youΒ received,Β Β orΒ thereΒ isΒ anyΒ qualityΒ problemΒ withΒ theΒ items. WeΒ guaranteeΒ toΒ acceptΒ returnΒ requestΒ within 14 daysΒ afterΒ delivery.
Tell us the details of your order in the email: your name, order number and your return reason. ShowΒ the photos of item(s)quality-related issue or wrong size etc.

1. Please email service@babakud.comΒ in advance, and we will write back to you with a return address within 24 hours of the business day.

2. Place the item(s) in the original packing.

3. Drop off your package at the local post office.

4. Once we receive your package, we will promptly process an exchange or issue a refund to your account in accordance to the return conditions.

5. Items must be unused, undamaged and in original packaging with all the original labels, ensure that all articles in the package are intact ! You can return the item(s) within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost and any related expenses.

6. We will refund you in a week after we received the parcel. Customers should assist us to get the returned parcel status and updated information.

Return Conditions

1. Items received within 14 days.

2. Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.Β 

3. We do not accept returned items that are sent back by you directly without checking with us first. Please contact us before you return.

For Exchanges:

Need a different size, color or pattern? Have a hassle-free exchange as long as it is in stock.

1: Purchase can be exchanged within 14 days from the delivered date.

2: Please ensure that the items in are intact. Only unused, undamaged, unwashed items with the original labels, articles can be exchanged. Items that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for exchange.


Return Postage:
Return freight is at buyer's expense. We do not offer pre-paid label. You can bring your item to any local postal service for return. Don't forget to notice us after you ship out.
